Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable (processed via the contact team) but this isn't charged if bookings are made in person at the ticket desk in Snow Factor.

If you need to cancel or alter your booking, Snow Factor require a minimum of 5 days’ notice to allow for a transfer. All transfers will incur a £5 administration fee – the £1.99 booking fee is non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 5 per person.

Option 1 : Valid for juniors aged 3yrs – 15yrs / students / seniors over 60yrs; ID/Student card must be provided. Snow Factor reserve the right to require proof of age.

Option 2 : Valid for one adult aged 16yrs+.

Option 3 : Valid for two adults aged 16yrs+.

Validity period will not be extended, and would advise that if weekends are preferred these are booked as soon as possible after purchasing.

Snow Factor recommends you arrive at least 30-45 minute prior to your activity start time to collect passes and get kitted up. They are often extremely busy during peak times, so please allow extra time for queuing. If you are late for your activity, Snow Factor reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.

Vouchers cannot be used for group bookings exceeding 4 or more people.

Lift passes cannot be used for special slope events or competitions.

Each voucher is valid for a 2 hour session.

All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on Snow Factor premises unless they are aged 10-15 yrs old and meet minimum competency (recreational standard). Adults will be held responsible for any damage caused by children they accompany on Snow Factor premises. Under 10 yrs old using the main slope should be accompanied by an adult who is also competent to the agreed minimum standard for main slope use.

No height or weight restrictions.

Members are welcome to use their own ski and snowboard equipment.

Includes use of equipment; skis & poles, snowboards, ski or board boots & helmets, subject to availability.

Gloves, full length trousers and long sleeve tops must be worn at all times on the slope.

Snow Factor advise that members wear waterproof jackets & trousers, these are also available from the clothing rental department to use for the duration of your lift pass for a supplement: £4.50 per person for pre-booked, £6.50 for juniors on the day and £7.50 for adults on the day. Gloves and socks are available for purchase only. Head protection is also available at the rental desk and must be used by all slope users.

Helmets are compulsory for everyone unless excused upon medical grounds. All members on any activity, all freestyle & mogul users & anyone involved in any type of racing or race training must wear a proper ski/snowboard approved helmet. This must fit correctly & must be fastened at all times.

The slope pass is for experienced skiers and snowboarders. Members may use the main slope if they can: fit their boots correctly unaided, use the poma lift, link their turns correctly and control their speed. Please discuss with Snow Factor if unsure of your experience.

If you have an existing medical condition which you think may affect your safety / the safety of others and / or your ability to meet minimum competency, please seek proper medical advice before visiting Snow Factor.

Snow Factor activities are not recommended for those who have heart, back or neck conditions, or customers who are pregnant.

Snow Factor provide lockers (£1 non-refundable) to store your personal items & valuables while you are on the slope. Snow Factor nor its employees or agents are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or personal property that belongs to any visitor whilst on Snow Factor premises.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
