Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am. 

Timber chalet includes 4 x single rooms, 1 x twin room, a kitchen, dining & sitting area and a shower room.

Free onsite parking available; spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.

Includes access to Olympic length swimming pool, 9-hole golf course, restaurants, cafés, cinema and theatre. Please note: the swimming pool will be temporarily closed between 12 - 16 Aug 2019.

Children permitted in total headcount. Under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

Up to 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay, subject to availability.

No wheelchair access available, steps into each chalet.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
