We tried calling the lodge directly and it says no one there until February 10th we have now emailed them so hopefully they will pick up their emails before February

What to expect

Nov - Dec stays: Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Feb - Mar stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Feb 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3.30pm, check-out 10.30am.

King or twin room available.

Stay can be extended for a supplement charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted in room on additional bed, charged at £20 per bed per night.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
