Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm this deal does not include Saturday stays and there is a £20 supplement for Friday stays made payable directly to the hotel.

I am trying to book Dunkeld House Hotel for Wednesday 29th December but when I call the hotel they put me through to reservations then reservations tell me I have to book through itison I now can’t get anyone to book me properly the date said the room is available but I’m having difficulties in booking can you advise me. With Thanks ramdafmar@yahoo.co.uk

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight suite stay for two in a General Wades suite or Fisherman's Cottage with a glass of fizz on arrival, robes & slippers, breakfast, full use of leisure facilities and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Saturdays, 3, 5, 7, 10, 17, 20, 23-28, 30-31 Dec 2021, 3, 5, 13, 14 Jan, 4, 15, 20 Feb and 3-4, 11, 13 & 25 Mar 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a Fisherman Cottages or General Wades Suite.

Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival.

Includes access to leisure facilities. Pool and gym slots must be booked prior to arrival. Slots are limited to 1 hour. Please call 01350 727771 or email spa.lesiure@dunkeldhousehotel.co.uk to book.

Max of 2 children permitted, 0 - 4 yrs are free of charge including breakfast and are included in overall headcount, 5 - 15 yrs require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast and pay for all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted in Fisherman's Cottage and General Wade suites at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
