Hi, I've bought this voucher and keep getting bounced back to reception and sales at the hotel. They don't seem to know how to book it and say I have to book through you. BUT on your directions it says to call them. Can you help?

hi there, i really want to use this voucher on the 6th of may but i know it’s not valid then, is there any possible way of extending the validity of it just by a few days? thankyou, callum

I'm afraid these vouchers are only valid until the 29th April for option 1 or the 30th April for option 2, and we sadly can't extend the expiry date beyond this.

We've some great deals in the pipeline, so hopefully something else suitable will pop up soon.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two including afternoon tea, breakfast and late check plus leisure access

OR

2 night stay for two including a 6 course tasting dinner on the first night, breakfast both morning and late check out plus leisure access

Option 1 is valid until Mon 29 Apr 2019, Mon, Thurs, Fri & Sun; excludes Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays, 2 & 23 Mar and 2-3, 5-6, 19-21 Apr 2019; subject to availability.

Option 2 is valid until Tues 30 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability; excludes 2-3, 5-6, 19-21 Apr 2019; a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm (usually 11am).

Classic double / twin / King rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Deluxe Double for an additional £20 per room per night, a Deluxe Family/King room for an additional £30 per room per night or a Suite for an additional £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1 includes afternoon tea only; menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Option 2 includes a 6 course taster dinner each on the first night (see sample menu); subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten/wheat/dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Full leisure access is included.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 years and under; families can be accommodated in a Deluxe Family room for a supplement of £30 per room per night.

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
