Hi, for my 50th birthday last year, I received 2 Itison Gift Cards (one for £10 and one for £50). Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus Pandemic I was unable to use them.
My friends have booked to go to Colyumbridge Hotel in Aviemore for a Silver Wedding Anniversary and I have tried to book the hotel using my vouchers, however I note that they expired in January and March this year.
Can they please be extended to allow me to book this hotel? At the time of their expiry there was no accommodation open to book, due to the pandemic.

How do I make a complaint? Last week I got in touch after adding the overnight stay to my basket and it being removed and selling out while I signed in. I asked the question of any more would be available and was told no. Ive just checked and there was another availbe and the same thing has happened. It was removed and has "sold out" while I put my card details in. Surely these should be held to allow people to pay??

No, I was in the process of putting my card details in, then when I completed it and hit enter it took me back and said it had sold out.

The agent last week told me you wouldn't be adding anymore either, but then more were added.

Hi! We recently used this voucher and unfortunately the fun house is not opened (despite being on the advert and the front desk assuring that it was) and people who are staying there for longer book out the swimming pool so you can not use that either. Lastly, the trampoline park shut early so couldn’t use that either….

Dinner and breakfast were also booked. So we had to get dinner at 8:30pm and breakfast At 10:30am…not ideal timings when you have a toddler.

I had emailed to ask about booking dinner and the facilities and received no reply from the hotel.

Overall we were very disappointed and feel the advert to be incredibly misleading from the hotel. We effectively went away for a few hours to play in the swing park and keep our toddler awake to eat dinner, then beg the front desk for an earlier breakfast for said toddler. They informed us that it was ‘not their problem’

Can any compensation be made? We ended up leaving early.
