I'm happy to let you know one large dog or two small dogs can stay for a supplement of £10 per night, payable directly to the hotel.

Trying to book an overnight stay I have put in voucher details they have been accepted. When trying to book can’t seem to get a calendar system for the date I want to go.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and late checkout

Voucher is valid from Wed 23 Jan 2019 until Thur 30 May 2019; subject to availability.

Option 1: valid Sun – Thur. Excludes Fri & Sat.

Option 2: valid Sun, Wed and Thur. Excludes Mon, Tue, Fri & Sat.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 9 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only. Phone bookings cannot be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases not permitted.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Deluxe King for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in your room on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes a 2 course meal choosing from a set menu only; choose a starter and main or main and dessert each; menu is subject to change.

A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for sirloin steak; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Children permitted; supplement of £15 per child for children aged 2 – 15yrs; including breakfast, all other meals charged as taken. Upgrade to a family suite is required for additional £20 supplement per room per night. Please discuss and arrange directly with the hotel. Travel cots can be provided of under 2s, free of charge. 

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night, one large dog or 2 small dogs - please discuss with the hotel at the time of booking; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
