lf I order a rum and a gin, is it one P&P cost £4.95 or it would be £9.90 (which seems excessive!)

The Glasgow Distillery Company has confirmed P&P is charged per item, so two bottles would incur a £9.90 delivery charge. However, they're happy to look at refunding one postage charge if you email their team directly once your order is complete.

I have ordered a whisky delivery. I have an itison voucher but when got to checkout it wouldn’t take it. The money was then taken through PayPal. I have contacted company to cancel order so I can reorder trying the voucher as payment. I have had no response or even acknowledgement that I have placed an order

I'm sorry you've had some trouble using your voucher. I’ve generated a new code and sent it to you by email, and it should be with you in a couple of minutes. If it doesn’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case it’s filtered there.

You can also view and print your voucher by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders.
