Do we know what type of room we will be getting ie. Double,single etc and do we do find out about availability before buying the voucher?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival and breakfast OR

2 or 3 night stay for two with a glass of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival, dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 20 Oct 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.

Option 2 & 3 voucher is valid from Sun 20 Oct 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 - 12, 24 - 31 Dec 2019 and 1 - 2 Jan 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm - 11pm, late check-out 1pm.

Double and twin classic rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a loch view or family room for £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner each. Sample menu here; subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes. Dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2 and under stay free if they have their own cot, cots can be hired for £5, ages 3 – 15 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair accessible.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
