Hi it says on this booking that you can get a bottle of Prosecco or a 2 course meal but when you go into buy it does not give you the option for 1 night with 2 course meal

I can confirm option 1 is an Overnight stay for two in a superior double room inc a bottle of Prosecco, leisure access and breakfast for £79.

Where is option 2 is an overnight stay for two in a superior double room inc 2 course dinner, leisure access and breakfast for £109.

However, I can see you've been able to purchase a voucher now.

Hi I would like to book this Itison deal for in the new year.
Due to COVID my deal last year was cancelled and I have the voucher still available.
The deal is up until the end of March 2022
But I see my voucher expires 14/01/2022.
Can I still book the deal for after the expired voucher?
With half of this year near not being able to go anywhere due to COVID I hope that I can.

I'm afraid the choice of either dinner or prosecco is only valid for the one night stay.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior room with breakfast, leisure access and options to include a bottle of Prosecco on arrival or 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a superior room with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, 2 course dinner one night, breakfast each morning and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Sun 19 Sep 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 24-26 and 31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Superior king room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Options 2 - 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Tables may be required back after 2 hours. Option 3: Dinner is for one night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco served in room only. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes full leisure access to pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre. Please note, leisure facilities may be closed due to Covid-19; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children ages 0-12yrs permitted on a BB basis for £15 and £22 for DBB; payable direct.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
