Are there wheelchair accessible rooms with wet rooms at this hotel?

I've spoken with the team at The Pitlochry Hydro Hotel and they've let me know there is a wheelchair accessible room, but there is a small step to enter the shower. They've asked for you to give them a ring directly, on 01796 472666 and select option 2, if you'd like to discuss this further and they'll be happy to advise.

I can confirm an overnight stay for two including dinner & breakfast to use on Sunday - Friday is £99.00. An overnight stay for two including dinner & breakfast to use on a Saturday is £109.00.

I am looking to purchase a gift voucher for my son&daughter-in-law law for Christmas can the voucher be delivered to me in paper form as I do not have a printer at home and I would like the voucher to be a surprise for them.

I'm happy to let you know you can gift vouchers from your account on our website.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you don't have access to a printer, you can also email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

  • Choose from a Sunday - Friday stay or Saturday stay

Sun - Fri stay: Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Sun - Fri check-ins only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, 28 - 30 Nov, 1 - 2, 5 - 8, 23 - 31 Dec 2022 and 23 - 26 Jan 2023.

Sat stay: Voucher is valid until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Sat check-ins only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri, 3, 24 and 31 Dec 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.

Standard or double with a view or twin rooms available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes full leisure access including indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Dinner options: Includes 3 course dinner from a set menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Table required back after 2 hours.

Max of 2 children permitted; rooms must be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £20prpn inc breakfast. Children are classed as ages 12 and under. Please discuss directly at time of booking.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Parking available; chargeable at the hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
