I can confirm this voucher is for a 60 minute ESPA treatment and access to the leisure facilities for an hour prior, and doesn't include lunch or afternoon tea.

The option to book for 2 people has sold out, can I buy 2 ‘1person’ vouchers and book for the same time?

What to expect

  • 60 min ESPA treatment and 1 hour spa access for one or two

Voucher is valid from Tue 24 May 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 10-17 Jul 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Fri 2 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

16+ only. 

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. Please note there is only one couples room available.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 

Cancer sufferers/those in remission will require GP consent. 

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 

Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour.

Includes 1 hour of access to the facilities. Please arrive 1 hour prior to your treatment start time to use these. If you do not wish to use the facilities please arrive 30 mins prior to your treatment time.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
