If I bought 2 treatment deal, can I choose massage for 1 hour?

I can confirm the back, neck and shoulder massage takes approximately 30 minutes. You're welcome to contact Empire Beauty Clinic directly to discuss the possibility of extending this to an hour as both of your treatments.

If I purchase the 2 treatments for 1 person do they need to be taken at the same time?

Will I need to choose my facial treatment prior to attending or can they assess which one is best for my skin?

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Tue - Sat 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Sun - Mon.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

18+ only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Facials
- Duration approx. 30 minutes including a skin consultaion
- Skin peel is not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have skin cancer. Please note it may cause redness and you must wear a high SPF afterwards and avoid sunlight.

LVL and Brow lamination
- Unsuitable for those with the following conditions: skin condition around eye area, recent eye surgery or infection, allergy to product, sensitive eyes, hay fever, watery eyes, conjunctivitis, cataract, glaucoma, stye, diabetic retinopathy, alopecia, trichotillomania, dry eye syndrome, those using medicated eye drops, those taking thyroxin and those taking reaction antihistamines while pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Contact lenses must be removed
- LVL duration approx. 60 mins and lasts approx. 6-8 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
- Brow lamination duration approx. 45 mins and lasts up to 6 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
- Patch test required 48 hours in advance.

Back, neck and shoulder massage
- Not suitable during pregnancy.
- Duration approx. 30 mins.

Radiofrequency treatment
- Not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have skin cancer.
- Duration approx. 30 mins.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
