Can two people have a 60 minute treatment at the same time?

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. You're welcome to contact The Serenity Spa directly to discuss the possibility for two people.

What to expect

Eye package for one with eyebrow shape, tint a and lash tint OR

30 or 60 minute massage for one OR

Pamper me package for one with back massage, scrub and moisturising treatment, luxury facial and hand and foot scrubs

Voucher is valid from Fri 11 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, 10am – 7pm; subject to availability. Valid on the following days:

Mondays: 14, 21, 28 Oct, 4 Nov, 9, 16, 23 and 30 Dec 2019.

Tuesdays: 22, 29 Oct, 5, 12 Nov, 17, 24 and 31 Dec 2019.

Wednesdays: 30 Oct, 6, 13, 20 Nov 2019.

Thursdays: 31 Oct, 7, 14, 21, 28 Nov 2019.

Fridays: 11 Oct, 15, 22, 29 Nov and 6 Dec 2019.

Saturdays: 12, 19 Oct, 23, 30 Nov and 7, 14 Dec 2019.

Sundays: 13, 20 Oct and 1, 8, 15 Dec 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins. Patch test required 24 – 48 hours in advance. Treatment is not suitable for those suffering from eye infection.

Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.

Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.

Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 75mins.

Options 2 & 3: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission unless you have a letter from your doctor.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
