You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Any re-booking is at the hotel’s availability and discretion.

Includes a £50 dinner allowance valid for food only on the main menu; subject to change. Gluten / wheat free options are available please inform hotel at time of booking. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. 2 night stay: allowance is on one night only.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2s stay free and cots are available; subject to availability. Children aged 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a double/double room; payable directly. All meals to be paid as taken.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
