Good morning. The offer includes the Kendrick, Hume and Isla watches, but I can't see the Kendrick watch on their website.

I have my voucher for this experience but can't see where to book my chosen date. Can you advise please? I clicked on the link sent with the voucher but it took to me more Itison Deals............
Kartel's own website does not have a dialogue box for voucher codes so can't book via that either ? Sorry - I'm probably missing a very obvious link somewhere :)

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon - Fri 11am or 2pm and Sat 11am; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Duration approx. 1hr.

Max of 4 people per group. Group of 6 can be accommodated on request; please contact Kartel Scotland to discuss.

Experience includes a choice of Kendrick, Hume or Isla timepieces.

A supplementary charge will apply for Morris, Sinclair, Cuillin or Knoydart timepieces; payable directly to Kartel Scotland.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
