How will I know they have availability on the days I purchased the voucher for?

But, if you've already bought your voucher and your preferred dates aren't available, just contact support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Just wondering if this includes spa access too. Obviously I wouldn’t expect it to include treatments, but access to the pool and sauna etc would be excellent?

I'm afraid this deal doesn't include access to spa facilities but you're welcome to discuss any supplements directly with Wood Hall Hotel & Spa and they'll be happy to advise on any additional charges.

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine and breakfast OR

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, 3 course dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, 3 course dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Thurs 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.   

Excludes:
Nov 2018: 2, 3, 14, 17
Dec 2018: 13, 24, 25, 26, 31
Jan 2019: 5, 26
Feb 2019: 2, 12, 14, 15, 18, 22, 23
Mar 2019: 2, 9, 16, 23, 29

A supplementary charge of £40 is required for for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12 noon on the day prior to your arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £30 deluxe room; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 & 3: includes a 3-course dinner; menu is subject to change. Option 3: dinner is on the first night only. 

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Option 1: includes a bottle of wine on arrival.

Option 2 & 3: includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

Parking available.
