Which area are the platinum seats?

As seats are available in various sections of the theatre and issued on a first come, first served basis, I'm afraid I can't say in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you book, however platinum seats have the clearest view of the stage.

I do not mind which section we are seated in but can we be guaranteed to sit together, the two of us? Once I purchase the tickets from you do you allocate the seating when I go online to make the booking? Is there a link sent to do this once I make the purchase please?

Once you've bought this ticket you'll receive your unique tickets, with a link to book your seats online.

It's usually only difficult to book seats together if you're part of a larger group.

Hi.
I booked and paid for 3 silver tickets for this concert via your site last week.
I just received my tickets and the artists name is not spelt correctly on the ticket , and I am concerned about that?
The artists name is spelt Andre Bocelli and not Andrea?
How do I confirm these tickets are authentic please?

Once again. You need to answer where the platinum seats are. It’s not fair to pay then find they are no good. Seat should be stated before purchase. As they’re cheaper on here than official site I’m thinking not the best ones. I want a decent one as it’s weird you cannot say where.

I can confirm Platinum seats are the closest proximity to the stage, then Gold, Silver and Bronze. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you book.

Tickets can be booked online prior to Fri 24 Jun 2022. Tickets will be posted out to customers in advance of the event.

Tickets will also be available to collect at the box office on the day of the event if online booking is no longer available.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 4 hrs. 

Seating will be allocated within your chosen band.

Suitable for over 5s. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair access available.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
