Hi I just bought this. So the child goes free when I pay an adult ticket. I think I made a mistake. I was wanting 2 chips tickets and 1 adult. Does this mean I do not have to pay for my child who is going to be 4. The tickets have came through and I am unsure. The other child ticket is for my friend if I get it free.

I can confirm infants are classed as under 1yrs and require an infant ticket; infant tickets can only be purchased with an accompanying adult ticket.

All children and infants must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket and both children and adult tickets are £18 each.

I have bought 3 child tickets for £18 each. Will this let in 2 adults and one child as the tickets are same price for adult and child??

I'm afraid the children's tickets wouldn't allow an adult to enter but if you can send an email to the email address that's on your voucher and let them know you have purchased 3 children's tickets accidentally, they will be able to get that sorted for you.

If I buy one child ticket ? Can both parents still come but wait ? She’s 8 years old or do I need to buy an adult & child ticket of course I don’t want to be meeting Santa myself ? It was more just for my daughter ?
