Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.
I’ve had a look and I'm afraid your recent order attempt failed at the 3D Secure stage, which is sadly controlled by your bank. We sometimes find though that the problem isn't actually down to your bank, and it's instead a compatibility issue with your browser or device.
If you're still looking to order this deal, I’d suggest trying again on another computer or device. You’ll know straight away if the transaction goes through as you’ll see a page confirming your order has been successful.
