Questions and answers

Hi. I have booked 2 rooms/tickets for Friday 13 December. First question - says non refundable after booking with hotel...does this mean a refund is possible via Itison now as I have not booked with hotel yet. 2nd question - I would prefer Saturday 14 December - do I have anything to lose by asking hotel if this is possible? Many thanks. Carol (it is likely to be just one of the tickets I would need a refund for)

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm sorry for the confusion, but I can confirm all tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable after purchase.

If this means you're not able to use these tickets yourself, you're welcome to perhaps pass them on to a friend or family member to use instead.

You do have to book with the hotel by phone or email after ordering your tickets. Further details will be provided in the How to Book section of your tickets.

Ticket is non changeable and non-refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Friday night stay: Early check-in 12noon, check-out 11am.

Saturday night stay: Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available. 

Rooms can be upgraded to for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room or Atholl double double £30 or superior double £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Drinks reception starts: 7pm.

Entertainment starts: 7:30pm.

Set choice menu (3 choices per course) only; subject to change. Vegetarian options available, please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a glass of fizz on arrival and a half bottle of house wine each.; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Saturday night stay: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Free parking available on-site; first come first served basis.

No children permitted; over 18’s only.

Dress code - Party wear.

No pets permitted.

Ticket must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
