I would like to buy this as a xmas gift, but wouldn't know which dates would be suitable. Is it possible to just purchase a gift certificate without specifying the date?

I'm afraid for these events you do need to select your preferred date at the checkout.

Unfortunately I bought as a gift and my parents cannot attend. Can I please ask for a refund?

I’m really sorry, but I'm afraid we can’t refund event tickets unless the event is cancelled.

If it helps though, I’m happy to let you know these tickets are transferable between people. If your parents can't make it, you’re welcome to perhaps give your tickets to another friend or family member to use instead.
