Hi I am contacting you from the parent council at st Blanes primary school in glasgow we are fundraising over the festive period and wondered if you could possibly contribute tickets for a Christmas family raffle, which we would promote through our school social media. I'm afraid itison us can't donate to fundraising events, only to charities themselves. If there's a charity you think we should be supporting, please direct them to itison.com/us and encourage them to apply.

Hello, i would like to buy tickets for the Irn-Bru Carnival but I believe you have to book a time slot for this and I can't see an option to do so on your site, can you advise before i purchase please

Advance ticket collection required; itison tickets must be exchanged at the ticket boxes on arrival.

Valid for entry on the date and time specified on your ticket only.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Includes entry into the hall and ten vouchers which can be used on rides (one voucher per ride), stalls (2 vouchers per stall) and Inflatable Play Area (3 vouchers per child, up to 12 years old, max height of 1.5m).

Suitable for all ages; under 3s go free but vouchers are not included.

Age and height restrictions apply to some rides and activities.

Please note that for Carnival closes at 9pm on 22-24 and 26 Dec 2021 and at 9:30pm on 5-7, and 10-13 Jan 2022.

Visitors must comply with any legal requirements as defined by Scottish Law at the time of the event, including but not limited to the wearing of face masks and providing proof of vaccination or negative lateral flow test. For further information, please read the Carnival's COVID-19 guidelines.
