When it says that " Advance ticket collection required", Does that mean that the tickets can be collected days beforehand? OR, Can the tickets only be collected on the night of the performance that a person has chosen?

Hello, it states suitable for children over 5. Can children under 5 attend with an adult? If so do they go free or do that pay?

Can I collect the tickets 3 days in advance, or only on the night? 1 hour prior to show... Is that AT LEAST 1 hour before, or FROM 1 hour before? It's really not clear.
