Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 – 15 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge per night is required for the following stays: Fridays £10 and Saturdays £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 4 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior twin or double room available. Please note twin rooms must be requested in advance.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 7 course tasting menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. Last sitting for dinner is 7pm. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2 and under stay free, please bring your own travel cot; ages 3 – 12+ require a supplementary charge of £25 per night for extra beds; payable directly to hotel. Any additional beds must be requested with hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per stay; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
