Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 23 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 26 Oct, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25 Nov 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 8 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours  of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Option 1, 2 & 3: standard double or twin room; check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 4: deluxe double or twin room; check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 4 includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
