• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2016 until Sun 26 Feb 2017, Wed - Sun ; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday, Tuesday and 19 Dec 2016 – 3 Jan 2017.
• Please note limited availability on Friday and Saturday; book in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm (bags can be dropped off at 12noon), check out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe superior double room for a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Extras can be added for a supplementary charge: Champagne in the room on arrival £30, Prosecco in the room on arrival £20 or homemade sweets for two in the room £15; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner; menu is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Children permitted; children under 3 stay free of charge and under 16’s required a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
