• Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 19, 26, 27 Jan, 9, 10, 14, 23 Feb, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31 Mar and 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 26, 27, 28 Apr 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out by 12noon.
• Standard garden view room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a river view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; please discuss with hotel at time of booking and pay at check-in.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 4 and under stay free and ages 5 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night with all meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
