• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Oct 2016 until Thu 22 Dec 2016, 7 days, subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat 17 Dec 2016.
• Advance booking required; early booking is advised for weekends. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon.
• Valid for a Classic double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Privilege room £25, Feature double room £70, Feature Suite £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Bottle of wine will be in room on arrival and must be enjoyed in your room. Choice of house white or red, please specify preferred colour when booking.
• Dinner is 3 courses, sample menu can be viewed here. Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel.
• Gluten/wheat free diets can be catered for on request, please discuss when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Includes 20% discount on spa treatments booked in advance; excludes Saturdays.
• Children permitted; children under 12 stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Aged 12 and over are classed as adults. Max 2 children.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 pets.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
