• Option one is valid until 30th Dec 2015, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes: 24-26th Dec 2015. Reservations must be made by 4th December 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Option two is valid from 2nd Jan - 31st Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 13th, 14th Feb; 6th, 27th Mar 2016. Reservations must be made by 4th Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.

• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Upgraded Classic double room - twin rooms available on request, please discuss at time of booking.

• Members can upgrade their rooms for the following supplement, subject to availability and payable directly to the hotel:  Privilege Room (£25pn), Feature Double Room (£70pn), Feature Suite (£150pn).
• Max 2 children under 12 permitted free of charge including breakfast. 12 years and over are classed as adults.
• Max 2 pets permitted at a cost of £10 per pet, per night.
• Option one includes mulled wine and a mince pie per person on arrival.
• Option two includes tea/coffee with dinner.
• Bottle of wine is a choice of house white/red and must be enjoyed in room. Please specify red or white when booking.
• Dinner is 3 courses, supplements may apply and will be clearly advised. Menu is seasonal and subject to change. 
• Gluten/wheat free diets can be catered for on request, please discuss when booking.

• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stay can also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
