Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday nights; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 11am.
• Double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25pp dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 allowance is on one night only. Allowance can be used for food only. 
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
