• Option 1 (Sun – Thur) voucher is valid from Sun 7 Oct 2018 until Thur 20 Dec 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Option 2 (Fri – Sat) voucher is valid from Fri 12 Oct 2018 until Sat 22 Dec 2018, Fri – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic or riverside rooms available; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Please note Riverside rooms are approx. 500 yards from the main house. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of wine on arrival.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night with breakfast included; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 12 and under and rooms are limited; please check availability with the hotel.
• One dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs by arrangement; please discuss directly with hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
