• Voucher is valid from Wed 26 Oct 2016 until Thu 22 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes  28 Oct, 5, 19 Nov and 9 - 10 Dec 2016.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Please note: a rooms refurbishment is currently being carried out within the hotel. The hotel apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and noise will be kept to a minimum. For more information please call the hotel direct.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12 noon. 
• Double or twin golf view room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a junior suite for a supplementary charge of £45 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Rooms can be upgraded to a family room (2 double beds) free of charge.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine on arrival; a voucher will be given on check-in to redeem your bottle of wine.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; under 5’s stay and dine for free when sharing with adults, max of 1 child accommodated in extra bed/cot; ages 5 – 12 stay free in existing bedroom (max of 1 child accommodated in extra bed/cot) paying for all meals as taken, breakfast can be included for a supplementary charge of £5.50; payable directly to hotel. Rooms can be upgraded to family room; max of 1 child in standard room and max of 2 children in family room.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
