• Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Aug 2016 until Sun 26 Feb 2017, Sunday only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 28 Aug, 4 Sept, 25 Dec, 1, 18, 15, 22 Jan (hotel closed during Jan).
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 29 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• One voucher per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Luxury king room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge payable directly to hotel: junior suite £40 or master suite £60 subject to availability, please discuss at time of booking. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Tasting event begins at 7pm with canapes served in the Lounge Bar; dinner commences at 7.30pm.

• Free onsite parking available.
• Children up to 12 yrs stay free of charge on a z-bed in Luxury king room. Max 1 child in Luxury king room. If you require a larger family room, you may need to pay a supplement to upgrade room size, please confirm with the hotel when booking. 
• Tasting menu not valid for children, standard meal charges apply.  
• Dogs permitted free of charge but are not allowed in the public rooms.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
