Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days, 2pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2020 -  1 Mar 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Gentleman’s afternoon tea only with tea / coffee each.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. No vegetarian, gluten/wheat free options available.
• Options 2 and 5: Includes a pint of craft beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 4: Includes a round of golf each on the Resort West Course. Duration approx. 3hrs 30 mins – 4hrs.
• Option 6: Includes a round of golf each on the Championship East Course. Duration approx. 3hrs 30 mins – 4hrs.
• Golf courses are open 7am – 7pm.
• Approved golf clothing: golf shirts with collar, roll neck or turtle neck and sleeves, tailored shorts, mid to knee length, sports socks (of any colour) must be worn at all times, full length, mid length or anklet style and appropriate smart golf attire at all times. Clothing not permitted: beach, football or blue denim shorts, denim jeans, track or shell suits, shoes without socks, non-sports socks and t-shirts, vests, football, rugby or sports style shirts.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
