• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2017 until Thur 30 Mar 2017, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday and 14, 16, 20 - 21 Feb and 7 Mar 2017.
• Please note: reservations can be made from Mon 19 Dec 2016 at 9am.
• Advance booking required or you will forfeit your voucher. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
  
• Bookings are non changeable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per member. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max of 5 nights and subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe £20, family room £35, deluxe family room / junior suite £50 or superior suite £70; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; max of 1 child, 10 years and under, can be accommodated in a standard room, free of charge paying for all meals as taken and max of 2 children can be accommodated in a family room for a supplementary charge of £35 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
