• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, Thur – Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Wednesdays and 31 Dec 2017, 11, 23, 24 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Members can check availability by calling 0131 519 4446.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights Thur – Sun only; subject to availability.
• Please note: the pool and leisure facilities are currently closed.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Excludes grill items.
• Bottle of Prosecco will be in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Includes 1 night car parking.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
