Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4-6, 11, 12 & 26 Oct, 8, 9, 12, 13 & 23 Nov, 6 - 7, 13 - 14, 20 - 21, 25, 27 - 28, 31 Dec 2019 and 17 - 19 Mar 2020 and Fridays & Saturdays in December.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable direct to the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £20, apartment - £45; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner each from set menu, choose a starter and main course each; subject to change. Dinner is served in the the bar/ lounge area of the hotel. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of house wine on arrival; please advise preference of red or white when booking. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children under 12 years are permitted; first child stays free of charge, second child £20 per night supplement inc breakfast when sharing with adults; payable directly to hotel. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities. Children are welcome to use the pool between Mon - Fri 6.30am - 9.30pm and Sat - Sun 8am - 8pm. 
• Max of 1 small dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
