• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2016; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea is valid 7 days, 12noon – 4pm.
• Overnight stay is valid 7 days. £20 per room per night supplement required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 31 July 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 2: afternoon tea includes a 125ml glass of sparkling wine each.
• Alcohol can be substituted for any draft soft drink.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

• Max 2 vouchers per table of four.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Children permitted at all times.
• Overnight stay:
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin superior room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive suite for £20 per person per night.
• Pre-booking dinner reservations is strongly advised.
• Children permitted; max 2 per room. Children aged 4 years and under stay free of charge, supplement for ages 5-12 years is £15 per child per night night. Dinner is not included in supplement. Children 12 years+ are classed as adults. 
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Free parking available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
