• Voucher is valid until Sun 4 Sep 2016, Sundays only; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm day prior to arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 1pm, check out 1pm. 
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 per night for an executive room and £45 per night for an apartment.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 course dinner each choosing from the dinner menu. Menu is available to view on arrival and is subject to change. Supplements may apply to certain dishes.
• Bottle of wine in room on arrival, choose between red, white and rose; please advise hotel when booking.
• Parking available onsite; limited parking charged at £7 for 24 hours.
• Children are permitted; maximum of 2 children under 12 years old.  First child free of charge, second child £20 per room supplement when sharing with adults. Includes breakfast.
• Full leisure access, facilities include: 15-metre indoor swimming pool, gym with new Precor cardio-vascular and resistance equipment, spa bath with massage jets, sauna, steam-room, Savannah beauty salon and treatment rooms. Appointments are required for Savannah beauty salon - please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities. Children are welcome to use the swimming pool between Mon – Fri, 6.30am – 9.30pm and Sat – Sun, 8am – 8pm.
• Pets are permitted; 1 small dog at a supplementary charge of £15
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
