• Option 1 voucher is valid until Sun 8 Jul 2018, Sat - Mon; subject to availability. Excludes Tuesdays – Fridays.
• Option 2 – 4 voucher is valid until Sun 8 Jul 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of red or white wine on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2 – 4 includes tickets to Dunrobin Castle or Clynelish Distillery; please advise your preferred tickets at time of booking.
• Option 4 includes a £35 per person dinner allowance towards food only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Leisure facilities include the pool, gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi; please note any spa treatments must be pre-booked, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under stay free when sharing with adults, a supplementary charge of £10 per child is required for breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Ages 13+ are classed as adults.
• Please note families of 2 adults and 2 children can upgrade to a master room for a supplementary charge of £75 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
