• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sun 17 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a superior king double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 3 course dinner each from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available; please inform the hotel at time of booking. Tables may be required back within 2 hours during busy periods.
• Max of 1 baby permitted when sleeping in a cot. Additional beds cannot be provided.
• No pets permitted. Guide dogs only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
