• Voucher is valid from Thur 26 Oct 2017 until Thur 22 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan, 14 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Classic double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room: 4 poster garden view £30, superior sea view or 4 poster sea view £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £85 per night for an upgraded room to accommodate; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
