• Voucher is valid until Sun 23 Apr 2017, Thur – Sat arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday – Wednesday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin master room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge to a grand master room for a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• 2 course dinner with a bottle of wine can be added for a supplementary charge of £49.50 per couple; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s in a cot stay free of charge and children ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £25 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
