• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 15, 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019, 3, 6 – 11 Jan 2019 and 14 Feb 2019.
• Please note stays on Saturdays require a 2 night stay minimum; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1, 2 and 4: junior suites with king or twin beds with a sofa bed.
• Option 3: superior room with king or twin beds.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 - 4 includes a 5 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Restaurant bookings taken between 7pm and 9pm and pre-booking is required. Options 3 and 4 - dinner is on one night only.
• Junior Suites can sleep 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years; a supplementary charge of £30 per night is required and includes breakfast with all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Superior room permits children when included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
