• Sun - Thurs night stays:
• Voucher is valid until Wed 28 Jul 2021. 1 night stay: arrive Sun - Thur; 2 night stay arrive Sun - Wed; subject to availability. 
• Fri / Sat night stays: 
• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 1 night stay: arrive Fri - Sat; 2 night stay arrive Fri only; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25 - 26, 30 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb, 2 - 5 Apr, 30 Apr - 3 May, 28 - 31 May 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Courtyard classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior courtyard room £20 for 1 night, £30 for 2 nights; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max 2 child permitted within an upgraded Superior Room; supplement of £20 for 1 night or £30 for 2 night stay plus £20 per child / per night up to the age of 12 for bed and breakfast. No creche facilities. Members can organise a child minder; please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
