• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Tue 31 May 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9-10, 16-17, 30-31 Jan and 11-14 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 May 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Courtyard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a castle feature room for a supplementary charge from £50 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine in room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £20pp dinner allowance on the first night only. Menu is subject to change. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Max of 1 voucher per table. Vegetarian options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room for £40 per child per night; payable direct.. Ages 0-2yrs stay free of charge.
• Max of 2 pets permitted for a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable direct.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
