• Voucher is valid from Wed 18 Apr 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Apr, 1, 2, 3, 15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, 26 May and 6, 15, 19 Jun 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Executive double rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner on the first night only served in Aspects Restaurant; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; children ages 5 - 12 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night B&B when sharing a family room with 2 adults.
• Children ages 4 and under stay free with meals charged as taken. Please note family rooms are subject to availability and are not available during Easter holidays and bank holiday weekends.
• Free onsite parking available.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
