• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Dec 2018 until Thur 28 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26 Dec, 30, 31 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2109, 4, 8 – 16 Feb 2019 and 7, 19 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Executive double rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner on the first night only served in Aspects Restaurant; choose a starter/ main or main/dessert; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a £10 Spey valley shopping centre voucher; more information can be viewed here.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room for a supplementary charge of £40 per night; payable at the time of booking. Children are classes as under 16. Supplement includes breakfast and dinner from the kid’s menu on the first night. ;  Please note family rooms are not available during bank holiday weekends.
• Free onsite parking available.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
