Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Mon 21 Dec 2020, valid 7 days, 2pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea only with tea or coffee each. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Options 2, 3 & 4 include a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Option 3 includes use of the leisure facilities.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
